These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the agreement between you ("User") and BB22 ("Platform", "we", "our"). This document, together with the Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gambling, forms the complete agreement governing the use of all BB22 services, including live casino, Sports Betting, slots, roulette, jackpots, and any other products made available on the platform.
01 Eligibility and Registration
To create and maintain an active account on BB22, you must meet all the eligibility criteria described below. Failure to meet any of these criteria may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account, with no entitlement to a refund of any bonus balance.
- Minimum age: Users must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. BB22 is an adults-only platform. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately upon identification, and any balances will be refunded to the legal guardian following verification.
- Individual: Registration is open to individuals only. Companies, organizations, or legal entities may not create player accounts on BB22.
- One account per person: Each user may hold only one active account at BB22. Creating multiple accounts under the same person is considered a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all accounts involved and the cancellation of all balances, including any winnings obtained.
- Accurate information: All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Full name, CPF, date of birth, address, and banking details must match the user's real identity.
- Identity verification (KYC): BB22 may request verification documents at any time — including a photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Withdrawals above R$ 500.00 require full KYC verification before processing.

02 Account Usage
Your BB22 account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out using your login credentials.
- Password security: Choose a strong, unique password for your BB22 account. Never share your password with anyone — including anyone claiming to be a BB22 employee. Our team will never ask for your password through any channel.
- Unauthorized access: If you suspect your account has been accessed by a third party without your authorization, contact support immediately via live chat. BB22 is not liable for losses resulting from the voluntary sharing of login credentials by the user.
- Play at your own risk: By placing bets at BB22, the user acknowledges that betting involves the risk of financial loss and that game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live events, without any interference from the platform.
- Appropriate use of the platform: Your account must be used exclusively for personal entertainment. Any commercial use of the platform — including placing systematic bets on behalf of third parties or operating automated betting systems without prior authorization from BB22 — is strictly prohibited.

- Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. BB22 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be processed through the deposit method for anti-money laundering purposes.
- Minimum withdrawal: The minimum amount per withdrawal request is R$ 30.00. Requests below this amount will be automatically declined.
- Pre-withdrawal verification: Full KYC verification is required before any withdrawal above R$ 500.00 can be processed. Withdrawals requested prior to verification will be placed on hold until the required documents are submitted and approved.
- Third-party funds: Depositing funds belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited. All transactions must originate from a bank account or card registered in the BB22 user's own name.
Important: Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after completing the bonus rollover requirement are available for withdrawal, subject to the maximum withdrawal limits defined in each promotion.
04 Bonuses & Promotions
BB22 offers a welcome bonus, periodic promotions, weekly cashback, and VIP Program benefits. Each promotion has its own specific terms, disclosed on each offer's page. The general principles that apply to all bonuses are:
- Rollover (wagering requirement): All bonus balance received is subject to a minimum rollover before it can be converted into real balance and withdrawn. The rollover multiplier for each bonus is specified in the corresponding offer. For example, a R$ 100.00 bonus with a 30x rollover requires R$ 3,000.00 in wagers to be placed using the bonus balance before any winnings can be withdrawn.
- Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward completing the rollover. Slots generally contribute 100%. Outside bets in roulette (red/black, odd/even) may contribute at a reduced percentage. The specific contribution rules for each game type are detailed on each bonus page.
- Validity period: Every bonus has a deadline for use and for the rollover to be completed, counted from the date the bonus is activated. Bonuses that are unused or whose rollover has not been completed within the allotted time expire automatically and are removed from the balance.
- Bonus winnings withdrawal limit: Some bonuses set a maximum limit on withdrawals of winnings earned exclusively with bonus balance. This limit is specified in each promotion's offer details.
- One promotion per user: Each promotion is valid for one account per CPF, per residential address, per device, and per IP. Users who create multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses will have all accounts closed and all bonuses cancelled.
- Low-risk bets: BB22 reserves the right to cancel bonuses from users found to be employing betting strategies identified as bonus abuse, including betting on both sides of the same event or placing minimal-risk bets to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk.
05 Betting Rules
Bets placed on BB22 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking all amounts and selections before confirming any bet. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation.
- Sports Betting: Bets on sporting events — Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, e-sports, and other disciplines — are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market. In the event of cancellation or suspension of an event, bets may be voided and the amounts returned to the account balance.
- Odds errors: Odds published with an obvious error (for example, 100x above market value) may be voided by BB22, even after the event has concluded. All stakes placed on such bets will be fully refunded to the user's balance.
- Live Casino: In the event of a technical failure during a live round — including internet disconnection, server outage, or stream interruption — the round may be declared void and the wagered amount refunded, in accordance with the game provider's terms.
- Progressive jackpots: Progressive jackpots available on BB22 follow the specific rules of each game and provider. The jackpot amount displayed on the platform is updated in real time and may change between the time you view it and the time you place your bet, due to the progressive nature of the prize.
06 Prohibited Conduct
The behaviors listed below are strictly prohibited on BB22 and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all balances (including winnings), and reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable:
- Creating multiple accounts with the intent of accumulating bonuses or circumventing platform limits.
- Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates human actions on the platform without prior written authorization from BB22.
- Any form of match manipulation, including colluding with other players to influence outcomes at live tables.
- Depositing or using funds obtained through illicit means. BB22 applies strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with Brazilian law.
- Any attempt to access bb22's internal systems, including reverse engineering of game algorithms or compromising the platform's security infrastructure.
- Use of the account by anyone under 18 or registration using a third party's details.
- Any unjustified chargeback on transactions made on the platform. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account suspension and recovery of the disputed amounts.
Important: BB22 monitors betting patterns and transactions in real time. Suspicious behavior is investigated by the security team, and accounts involved may have withdrawals paused during the investigation period.
07 Responsible Gambling
BB22 believes online entertainment should be a positive and controlled experience. That's why we provide responsible gambling tools that any user can activate at any time directly from their account area:
- Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once activated, a limit can be lowered immediately — increases only take effect after a waiting period of 24 hours for daily, 7 days for weekly, and 30 days for monthly limits.
- Loss limit: Set the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a given period. Once that limit is reached, the platform automatically blocks new bets until the period resets.
- Voluntary break: Temporarily suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During the break, no deposits or bets can be placed.
- Permanent self-exclusion: Request permanent account closure with a re-registration block. Self-exclusion is irreversible and takes effect immediately upon request. Any available balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned via Pix within up to 5 business days.

08 Account Closure
Both the user and BB22 may close an account at any time, under the conditions described below.
- Account closure by the user: Users may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Any available real balance (excluding unrolled bonuses) will be returned via the account's primary payment method within up to 5 business days following final verification.
- Closure by BB22: BB22 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargeback, use of multiple accounts, or any other prohibited conduct described in this document.
- Balance in accounts closed for violations: In cases of closure due to a breach of the Terms, BB22 reserves the right to retain bonus balances and winnings obtained with bonus balance, as well as winnings arising from invalid bets or prohibited conduct.
- Inactive accounts: Accounts with no activity (login, deposit, or bet) for more than 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. BB22 may charge a maintenance fee of R$ 10.00 per month on inactive accounts with a positive balance, following prior email notification. The fee will never reduce the balance below zero.
09 Privacy & Data Protection
The processing of BB22 users' personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in full compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).
- Data collected: BB22 collects the data necessary to operate the platform, verify identity, process payments, and meet legal obligations. Collected data includes full name, CPF, date of birth, address, email, phone number, and financial transaction records.
- Data usage: Data is used exclusively to operate BB22's services, verify user identities, process payments, prevent fraud, and fulfill regulatory obligations. No data is ever sold to third parties.
- Security: All data transmitted on the platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Data is stored on secure servers with restricted access.
- User rights: Users have the right to access, correct, port, and request the deletion of their personal data, as provided under the LGPD, by contacting our support team.
10 Changes to These Terms
BB22 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The main channels used to communicate changes are:
- Email notification to the address registered on the user's account, with a minimum of 7 days' notice for significant changes.
- A prompt at platform login requesting users to review and confirm the updated terms.
- Updated "Last modified" date at the top of this document.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, close your account before the effective date and request a withdrawal of your available balance.
Changes that reduce user rights — such as changes to withdrawal limits or rollover rules on active bonuses — do not apply retroactively to bonuses already activated before the effective date of those changes.
