The BB22 VIP Program was built to recognize and reward loyal players. From Bronze to Elite, every step of your journey brings real benefits: cashback, free spins, reload bonuses, higher limits, priority withdrawals, and personalized support. You play, you level up, you earn more.
Each tier unlocks greater rewards. The higher you climb, the more bb22 gives back.
If you play regularly, you already know that most betting platforms have a loyalty program that overpromises and underdelivers. Generic rewards, points that never turn into anything real, benefits that are nearly impossible to redeem. The BB22 built the VIP Program differently: real, tangible benefits that are easy to understand. You wager, accumulate volume, and level up automatically — and the higher you go, the more the BB22 rewards your loyalty.
The way it works is straightforward. Every real wagered — on sports, slots, Live Casino, roulette, or any other product on the platform — counts toward your progress in the VIP Program. The system calculates your wagering volume over the past four weeks and automatically determines your current level. No bureaucracy, no forms to fill out, no need to call support asking for a level upgrade. You play, the system recognizes it, and the benefit appears in your account.
Cashback is the most popular benefit among VIP members at BB22. Every week, a percentage of your net loss volume is returned as real balance to your account — with no rollover requirement on the cashback itself. At Bronze tier, cashback starts at 3%. At Elite tier, it reaches 20%. In practice, an Elite player who lost R$ 1,000.00 in a week gets R$ 200.00 back automatically every Monday.
Weekly free spins are another benefit members truly value. Starting at Silver tier, you receive free spins every Friday on selected slots with jackpots and high RTPs. The spins are credited automatically — no need to request them — and any winnings are converted to real balance with a low rollover requirement. For slots fans, it's a great way to play more without increasing your weekly deposit.
Reload bonuses become more frequent as you move up the levels. At Gold, for example, a reload bonus is waiting in your account every Monday. Just deposit to activate it — that simple. These bonuses have set percentages and limits that vary by VIP level, and the terms are always clearly displayed before activation.
Priority withdrawal is one of the most practical perks for VIP members from Gold level and above. At BB22, Pix withdrawals are already fast for all players — but VIP members get even higher priority: your request jumps to the front of the processing queue. At the Diamond and Elite levels, withdrawals are virtually instant, with no noticeable wait time.
For Diamond and Elite members, the dedicated VIP manager is the benefit that makes the biggest impression on first experience. It's a real person — a specialist who knows your betting history and preferences, available via chat or phone to handle any issue quickly and personally. A question about a bonus, a request for a higher limit on a special bet, a payment issue — everything is handled directly with your manager, no need to go through general support.
The Elite level of BB22 is invite-only, reserved for a select group of high-volume players. Elite members gain access to tailored benefits that go beyond any other level, including personalized betting limits based on the player's profile, 20% weekly cashback, unlimited free spins, and invitations to exclusive events hosted by the platform.
Tip to level up faster: Bets placed on Live Casino games, such as roulette and baccarat, typically count in full toward your VIP Program progress. If you already play these products, leveling up may happen faster than you expect. Track your progress directly in your account area on BB22.
Every benefit was designed to add real value to the experience of players who play regularly.
Every Monday, a percentage of your net losses for the week is returned as real balance. No rollover on the cashback, no catch.
Free spins on selected slots every Friday starting from the Silver level. Spins are credited automatically — no need to request them.
The higher your level, the more frequent your reload bonuses. At Gold, there's a bonus waiting for you every Monday.
Gold, Diamond, and Elite VIP members get full priority in withdrawal queues. Pix processed in minutes, no unnecessary waiting.
Diamond and Elite members have a real account manager available via chat or phone — someone who knows your profile and gets things sorted on the spot.
The higher your VIP level, the higher your bet and withdrawal limits. Elite members have individually defined limits.
From Gold tier onwards, you'll receive invitations to slots and live casino tournaments with prizes exclusively for VIP members.
Diamond and Elite members get to test new games, features, and promotions before they roll out to all users on the platform.
The system calculates everything automatically — all you need to do is play.
Every player starts at the Bronze level automatically when they create a BB22 account. From day one, you get access to 3% weekly cashback and 24/7 support in Portuguese.
Every bet placed on any product — Sports Betting, slots, Live Casino, roulette, crash games — counts toward your volume. The system updates your progress in real time within your account area.
Once you hit the volume required for the next level, the upgrade happens automatically — no requests, no forms to fill out. You'll receive a notification celebrating your progress.
As soon as you level up, your new benefits are activated immediately. The following week's cashback reflects the higher percentage right away, and your free spins increase the next Friday.
Your level is assessed based on your wagering volume over the past four weeks. Players who keep up their activity stay stable. If volume drops, any adjustment is gradual — never sudden.
See the volume required for each tier and the cashback you'd receive per week.
Example: a Gold member who had a net loss of R$ 500.00 in a week receives R$ 50.00 cashback every Monday — no rollover required.

Real experiences from members already in the program and enjoying the benefits.
"I've been at Gold tier for three months and the 10% weekly cashback is real — no strings attached. Last month alone I got R$ 340.00 in cashback just from betting on Brasileirão and the slots I normally play anyway. The Monday reload bonus also helps a lot to kick the week off right."
"I reached Diamond level, and what impressed me most was having a dedicated manager. This is someone who genuinely knows my history, gives me a heads-up when a promotion matches my profile, and resolves any issue within minutes. That's not standard support — that's real, personal service."
"The Friday free spins at Silver level were what kept me coming back to BB22. Every week, 20 free spins on jackpot slots — no need to ask. On one of those rounds I won R$ 2,400.00. It might not sound like much, but it made a real difference. I'm almost at Gold now."
